Choice A: What characteristics and qualities do you see in the people at your internship that you'd like to develop in yourself? Some of these qualities and characteristics could be creativity, empathy, risk-taking, ambitiousness, honesty, fairness, and so on. There are so many qualities and characteristics that people could have, so look around and think of a few good ones that you see in the people you work with.

At my internship people go to work just to help others. The people at my internship love their job, and they never complain. Sometimes they may have a difficult patient and they may cause some frustration, but they they always remember that they need help and thats why they work there. I am already a caring person, but I would like to have the same level of care that the doctors and nurses have for their patients. The people at my internship also have a lot of patience which i would also like to have. These people save other peoples lives every day and I hope to have the same courage, caring, and patient attitude they have when I go into this field of work.
